Choosing your bridal jewellery and accessories to complement your wedding gown is just one of the many decisions you will have to make when planning your big day. Beautiful and elegant jewellery will add a glamorous finishing touch to your wedding attire.

We would recommend that you choose your bridal jewellery after choosing your dress rather than before and we would advise to start looking for your jewellery no less than six weeks before your Big Day. If you opt for a Cinderella style ball gown wedding dress that is adorned with sparkling crystals or one that has a busy lace pattern, it would be wise to go for very simple, elegant bridal accessories. Maybe a delicate crystal or pearl necklace and simple strand of pearls for your wrist. To go for anything more ostentatious would be overkill and would detract from the beautiful presence of your dress.

On the other hand, if you opt for a classic, simple style then you can really go to town on your weddingl jewellery by choosing statement pieces such as a stunning vintage style crystal choker, a crystal encrusted cuff bracelet or beautiful diamante chandelier earrings.

At present there is a huge trend for vintage bridal accessories and this is set to continue.
