WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All handcrafted items are made to order. We will not start working on your chosen design until you place your order with us. Our current lead time for handcrafted items is 28 days although most items will be despatched before then. However, all items of diamante and ready-to wear jewellery will usually be dispatched within 3 working days. For urgent items please email us before placing your order to ensure we can meet your timescale.
WHAT IF I NEED A HANDCRAFTED ITEM URGENTLY?
If you require a handcrafted item urgently (less than 21 days from the date of ordering) please email us before you place your order to avoid disappointment. We can, in most cases accommodate urgent orders but please be aware that during our busy times this may not be possible.
HOW IS MY GIFT PACKAGED?
All tiaras and headbands are presented in a sturdy keepsake Kerry Blu branded box. All other items of jewellery are presented either in one of our branded gift or pillow boxes.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY CRYSTAL COLOURS & MATERIALS?
Please take every care to ensure that you choose the correct colours and materials before placing your order. If you are not certain which crystal colour or materials to choose please email us before placing your order and we can arrange for crystal samples to be sent to you (a maximum of five) at no charge or you can send us a fabric swatch so we can make the perfect match for you. There are two types of crystals; Crystal AB (Aurora Borealis) or plain crystal. Crystals with an AB coating give an irridescent (rainbow) effect when they catch the light and are extra sparkly, whereas plain crystal has the appearance of glass.
CAN ITEMS BE MODIFIED TO MY REQUIREMENTS?
All of our handcrafted items can be custom made to your requirements. Pearls can be exchanged for crystals or crystals for pearls or a mixture of the two, crystal colours can be changed, lengths of bracelets, earrings and necklaces can be altered, silver items can be exchanged for gold and earring fittings can be changed from earwires to stud fittings. The possibilities are endless so please do not hesitate to email us for more details.
Please note we cannot offer a refund for bespoke items/items custom made to your requirements, therefore every care needs to be taken when choosing your colours and materials.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR VINTAGE ITEMS?
All vintage jewellery items are carefully sourced from antique shops and collectors markets from around the country.
All vintage items listed are in excellent vintage condition but please be aware that as they are genuine vintage pieces dating from way back there will inevitably be signs of slight wear.

WHAT ARE YOUR METHODS OF PAYMENT?
We accept the following methods of payment.
1. Cheque made payable to Kerry Blu Designs.
2. Bank transfer - Please quote your order number when paying in this way.
3. PayPal - Accept most major credit cards, however those who are not members will be requested to sign up free of charge.
4. Nochex - Accept all major credit cards and do not require customers to register for orders under £100.
