GENERAL INFORMATION

Most of our handcrafted tiaras and headbands are available in either silver or gold plate using swarovski crystals and swarovski pearls, fresh water pearls (where stated) or faux pearls and seed beads.   If you see a particular colour you require on the crystal colour chart and this doesn't appear in the options please email us with your requirements and we will do our best to source the colour you require.  All our handcrafted items are made to order.

Choosing your crystal colours/materials

Most of our handcrafted products can be customised to your colour scheme.  Please take every care to ensure that you choose the correct colours and materials before placing your order.  If you are not certain  which crystal colour or materials  to choose please email us before placing your order and we can arrange for crystal samples to be sent to you (a maximum of five) at no charge or you can send us a fabric swatch so we can make the perfect match for you.  There are two types of crystals; Crystal AB (Aurora Borealis) or plain crystal.  Crystals with an AB coating give an irridescent (rainbow) effect when they catch the light and are extra sparkly, whereas plain crystal has the appearance of glass.

Semi bespoke service

Most of our items can be custom made to your requirements.  If you are interested in a particular item but would like it custom made please email us.  For example if you see a necklace in crystal but would prefer it to be made with pearls or a mixture of the two we can tailor it to your requirements.  We can also adapt items to suit your colour scheme.  Please email us for more details.

Please note we cannot offer a refund for bespoke items/items custom made to your requirements  Therefore every care needs to be taken when choosing your colours and materials.

All our handcrafted jewellery is created using quality materials such as swarovski crystals, swarovski crystal pearls, fresh water pearls or faux pearls and seed beads.  All are finished in either sterling silver or gold plate (unless otherwise stated). Please refer to the description of each item for specific details. 

Vintage items

All vintage jewellery items are carefully sourced from antique shops and collectors markets from around the country. 

All vintage items listed are in excellent vintage condition but please be aware that as they are genuine vintage pieces dating from way back there will inevitably be signs of slight wear.

Please refer to each individual description for more details.

PLEASE NOTE: Items that are individually handmade to order may, from time to time, have some very slight variances in size,colour or shape of crystals and findings than those seen in the photographs.

All items are beautifully presented in a gift box with ribbon or an acetate tiara box and come with an anti-tarnish patch to keep your jewellery in a fresh and taint free condition.

PAYMENT

We accept the following methods of payment.

1. Cheque made payable to Kerry Blu Designs.

2. Bank transfer - Please quote your order number when paying in this way.

3. PayPal - Accept most major credit cards, however those who are not  members will be requested to sign up free of charge.

4.  Nochex - Accept all major credit cards and do not require customers to register for orders under £100. 

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

Our handcrafted items are made to order so please allow 21 days for delivery (upon payment).  However, for smaller, less complicated items such as earrings or off the peg items we aim to despatch within 7 working days.  If you need a particular item urgently please email us before placing your order to ensure that we can meet your timescale.  Please note that delivery times will alter if paying by cheque due to the time required for clearance. You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched.  Kerry Blu does not take any responsiblity for late delivery of items or items that go astray in the post.  We would recommend that you choose the special delivery option for items over £36.00 as this will ensure that your items are insured up to the value of £500.

*SPECIAL DELIVERY

*Please note that by selecting the special delivery option this does not mean that your order will be sent the following day.  You will however receive your order the day after it is despatched unless your order is despatched on a Friday in which case you will receive it the following Monday (not including Bank holidays).  We recommend this option on orders over £36.00 as your package will be insured up to £500.00.  Please refer to delivery timescales above.

All items will require a signature upon delivery.  If you are unable to sign for your package it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office and held for 7 days for recorded delivery and 3 weeks for special delivery and international signed for.  If a package is returned to Kerry Blu because delivery was not possible the cost of re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your goods we must be notified within 2 days of you receiving your order.  The goods must then be received by us within 10 days of notification.

All returned goods must be sent recorded delivery signed for in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. We will not accept returns after the 10 day period.

On receipt of the goods a full refund will be issued less postage and packing fees as these are a direct cost to us.

Handcrafted items are excluded from the above returns policy as they are made to order to your specification.  If handcrafted items are returned then a 30% fee will be deducted from the total refund amount as these items may not be resold.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings and that includes earrings that are part of a set.

Refunds will not be given for used goods or goods returned after the date of your event/wedding.  We have the right to refuse returns if we suspect that our returns policy is being abused.  All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

The cost of return postage will be met by you. The goods must be in the original condition together with their original packing in order for a full refund.
