Unless otherwise specified, all information or materials appearing on this site, including the kerry-blu logo, text, site design, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Kerry-Blu Designs. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without Kerry-Blu Design's prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil action.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law kerry-blu designs, its content providers, advertisers or linked sites shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this web site or the linked sites, even if kerry-blu designs had been advised of the possibility of such damages and irrespective of whether such damages arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise. You have read this disclaimer and agree to it on the basis that you agree it is reasonable.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

Kerry-Blu Designs reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer or to require verification of information prior to the acceptance of any order. In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Kerry-Blu Designs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Kerry-Blu Designs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card charged. If payment has already been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled Kerry-Blu Designs shall immediately credit the amount of the incorrect price.

PRODUCT RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your goods we must be notified within 2 days of you receiving your order. The goods must then be received by us within 10 days of notification.

All returned goods must be sent recorded delivery signed for in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. We will not accept returns after the 10 day period.

On receipt of the goods a full refund will be issued less postage and packing fees as these are a direct cost to us.

Handcrafted items are excluded from the above returns policy as they are made to order to your specification. If handcrafted items are returned then a 30% fee will be deducted from the total.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on pierced earrings If pierced earrings are contained within a set, then the set also cannot be returned.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

If the customer provides us with an incorrect or incomplete address, or postcode the Royal Mail will probably not be able to deliver the parcel and will usually return it to the sender.

If this is the case, it will be up to the customer to pay another postal charge to enable us to re-send the delivery. We will only resend the delivery once the original parcel has been returned to us undamaged. If at this point the customer decides to not carry on with the order, they will be refunded the cost of the items but NOT the postage costs.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only collect details about you in order to process your order. We will never pass your details on to any other companies.
